Oye! Punjab was born of a simple homesickness — for the giant flavours of a Punjabi family kitchen, the tandoor that never cools, and the loud, happy table where nobody leaves hungry.
At Dwarka, we've dressed those memories in fine-dining clothes: coal-kissed kebabs finished at your table, curries simmered for hours the way daadi insisted, and a bar program that treats a classic cocktail with the same respect as a perfectly rested butter chicken.
